All cancellations or schedule changes must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any Changes made within this 24 hour period are subject to a 50% charge for the appointment. 50% payment will be based on the service cost at its full rate, discounted rates will not apply. No Call No Show of an appointment will be held responsible for 100% payment. Payments will be due on or before the next scheduled appointment time.
Our Ethics Policy
Client may dress in accordance with their own individual comfort level. Client understands that the unclothed body will be draped at all times for warmth, sense of security and as a mark of massage therapy professionalism. Client agrees to immediately inform the therapist of any unusual sensation or discomfort so that any necessary adjustments or changes to pressure may be applied to Clients desired level of comfort. Client understands that Massage Therapy is not sexual in any manner and that any illicit suggestive remarks or behavior on the Clients part will result in an immediate termination of the therapy session and that the requirement of payment in full will be required regardless of the completion or non-completion of the Massage Therapy session.
